2. Possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent with min. GPA of 3.00 from reputable university.
3. Has minimum 5 years experience as Factory Manager in manufacturing industry, preferably in adhesive and paint industries.
4. Spearheads and drives strategic planning for the business unit. Monitors and is liable for the progress and achievements.
5. Has knowledge and vision in overall manufacturing aspects; production planning, material control, quality control, engineering, and warehousing.
6. Has experience with ISO 9001, set up policy, procedure, industrial relation.
7. The position requires somebody who is assertive, creative, possesses good time management, and has sound analytical problem solving, forward planning and excellent leadership, teamwork and communication skill (experience in logistics and distribution is an advantage).
8. Dynamic, honest, hardworking, love challenges, independent.
9. Computer literate.
10. Mandarin is highly advantageous.
