FACILITIES & SERVICES SUPERVISOR (FS SPV–D01)
JOB DESCRIPTION- Responsible for office facilities (vehicle, electricity, telephone) as well as analyze the usage
- Responsible for the availability & maintenance of meeting equipments and tools
- Coordinate with building management and responsible for building condition (room and it’s facilities)
- Control & coordinate with the 3rd party of support functions, such as telecommunication, garage, cleaning service, and sanitation provider
- Manage and coordinate the work of drivers and office boys
- Responsible for the fulfillment of working tools for new associates
- Facilitate company’s event
PROFILE
- Bachelor degree, fresh graduate welcome to apply
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking
- Good leadership
- Fluent in English (both verbal and writing)
- Computer literate
- Able to communicate with all level of functions
- Initiative & proactive
