SECRETARY 

 

Requirements :
  • Minimum Diploma in secretary/Business administaration/Public Realtions
  • Computer literate (Ms word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Ability to proactively arrange meeting, travel & acommodation, managing organization schedules
  • Ability to maintain communication (phone, fax, email), organize documents, files & other records
  • Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
  • Pleasant personality, open mind & easily adapted
  • Able to start immediately
