Astra International Tbk and Sumitomo Corporation, Japan, which continuously developing its business in Distribution, Rental & Contracting, After Sales Support, and Used Equipment on Industrial, Agriculture, Power & Drive, and Road Construction.
 PT Traktor Nusantara is looking for high qualified and talented person to fill in the following positions :

Palm Oil Site Project Leader

Responsibilities :
  • Work with business teams to gather requirements, create specifications and develop new solutions or enhance existing applications and risk analytics functional disciplines.
  • Assist the prospecting and tendering.
  • Development of innovative approaches for answering client needs in Palm Oil Plantation.

Qualifications :
  • Minimum Diploma (D3) from Civilian Engineering
  • Minimum GPA 2,75 (4 scaled) from Reputable University
  • Maximum age of 40 years old
  • Having an experience in Palm Oil Infrastructure at least 3 years
  • Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal skill, posses strong drive, and work under tight schedules.
  • High capable to work independently as well as a part of team
  • Fluent in English both oral and written
  • Computer literacy is a must
  • Willing to be placed in our Job Site

Requirement Recruitment :
  • Bachelor's degree from reputable university majoring Accounting for Functional and Informatics for Technical
  • Have strong programming skills (Technical)
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 equivalents
  • Fresh graduate or 1 years of working experience
  • Fast learner and have a good loyalty
  • Posses strong IT Backgrounds.
  • Strong analytical skill - with ability to solve complex problems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deal with clients and team members 
  • High self-confidence and able to work well under pressure
  • Strong team player with leadership potential to drive a critical, strategic project to completion
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willing to work out-of-town and out-of-country
