Job Description :
  • Data entry with accounting software.
  • Prepare of monthly and yearly tax report – Tax art 21, 23,25,4.2, VAT, etc with  e-SPT ( Tax software  ).
  • Report to tax office for monthly and yearly tax report.
  • Prepare SSP for monthly and yearly tax payment.
  • Working close with account representative in tax office.
  • Checking invoices from outside that have to deduct some tax which is related with withholding tax for monthly report (Tax art 23, 4.2, etc).
  • Handle monthly inventory report.
  • Handle fixed assets (make a list and depreciation report of fixed assets).
  • Prepare pricing calculation to customer.
  • Prepare monthly report for internal purpose.
  • Prepare monthly report to head office purpose.
  • Working close with external auditor.
  • Filling accounting, finance, tax data.
Qualification:
  • S-1, Majoring : Accounting
  • Age : 30 min.
  • Prefer single and man.
  • Familiar with Indonesia Tax Regulation.
  • Experience in Automotive industry.
