Assignment:
To Manage the company in all aspect: Production, Finance and Administration

Requirement:
  • Good command of English
  • Strong personality
  • Age : 40-45 years (preferably wih Chinnese education background)
  • Experienced in wood (and Rottan) furniture industry
  • Possess solid understanding of quality and production (furniture and Rottan) proccess
  • Able to work independent and under pressure
  • Willing to travel to production sites (Central and West Java)
  • Min. 3 years experience in similar position

Oracle ERP Functional Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
  • Oracle Financial Functional Consultant  are required
  • Especially business knowledge on budget preparation & treasury will be preferable
  • Hyperion Implementation experience is preferable
  • Public Sector Finance experience is preferable
  • Set up Financial Modules configuration
  • Process Design of Module Development Management
  • Prepare Functional Design
  • Testing case, scenario development (functional side)
  • Create Business workflow design
  • Conduct change management (trainer training)
  • Input suggestion and provide training of Standard templates and guide for Application  Development

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Proficient in Oracle ERP Functional Module:
  • AR (Account Receivable)
  • CM (Cash Management)
  • PO (Purchase Order)
  • SA (Spending Authority)
  • Especially, knowledge on Budget preparation & Treasury
  • At least 5-10 years of proven track records in similar related fields
  • Experiences at least more than 1 (one) time in R12 and R11 Project (Oracle)
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding familiarity with:
  • Oracle ERP Financial
  • Oracle Developer 2000 Forms
  • Oracle Developer 2000 Report Designer
  • Oracle XML Publisher
  • Oracle Discoverer
  • Oracle Workflow
  • PL/SQL

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least Bachelor degree or Master degree (is an advantages) in information technology (IT) or Accounting background
  • Fluency in oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
  • Experience in project management or similar experience – preferable with a foreign company
  • Preferable handle document management
  • Strong analytical thinking and designing skills

Kualifikasi :
Uraian pekerjaan:

  1. Pengaturan Mobil Operasional (monitoring BBM, Tol, Parkir, Maintanance, scheduling, Insurance, claim)
  2. Monitoring biaya air bersih, air mineral, listrik, telepon, dll.
  3. Perijinan : ijin domisili, peraturan perusahaan, expatriate, wajib lapor.
  4. Perhitungan lembur, tunjangan transportasi
  5. Administrasi Absensi, cuti dan ijin tidak masuk.

Persyaratan:
  1. Pria
  2. Pendidikan Min S1 (Hukum)
  3. Pengalaman min 3 thn dibidang yang sama.
  4. Teliti dan tegas.
  5. Memahami tentang peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
  6. Memiliki pengalaman mengatur tugas-tugas driver, security, dan office boy, serta sudah terbiasa berhubungan dengan driver, security, dan office boy.
  7. Bekerja keras dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan
