ESTATE MANAGER / SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities:- Managing oil palm plantation
- At least 10 years experience in related position in reputable oil palm plantation company
- Bachelor degree/diploma in related discipline
- Candidates with plantation experience will have a better advantage
- Possess substantial experience in oil palm development
- Possess the capacity to work with the Indonesian local government, authorities in respect of land and its associated issues
- Possess the capacity to work with the local community especially where "Adat" land is involved
- Have good attitude, good leadership skill, and good integrity
- Deep understanding in palm nursery methods
