Office Administrator
Qualifications:
- At least 2-3 year experience in a similar job;
- Proper recommendations from previous employers, to be submitted with the application;
- Good overall office administration skills;
- Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia;
- Familiar with administration of employee flies and records;
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy;
- Highly organized and flexible;
- Being able to handle pressure;
- Ability to multitask and meet changing deadlines;
- Good time management skills;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and other computer applications is a must;
- Good knowledge of online social media;
- Honest and trustworthy, respectful;
- High level of integrity;
- Must be self-directed and able to complete projects with limited supervision;
- Maintains staff confidentiality;
- Familiar with the travel industry;
